"Once a week" is a bit vague. I answered it honestly.
I was worried about the proposed (supposedly unconfirmed) 5gig a month cap, then someone showed me
these pages which made me concerned for a moment but then I found
this page which for an extra £12 a month gives you "Unlimited service - with no download limits on your Broadband usage" plus £15 call credit on your phone, so things aren't looking bleak as I thought them to be.
