I think discounts probably depend on a per-customer basis. Eg. If you have the XXL BB, XL TV and XL Phone with extras, and been with vm for say.. 10 years, they would I suspect be more willing to give discounts, as they will be losing significant revenue should you leave. However I think they will be getting wise to the "i'm leaving after my contract ends" thing.
