I support the view that the VM package build up is confusing. In my experience both as a customer setting up in Sept 2008 and as " a mate in the pub", people seem to get fairly inconsistent quotes and some get big discounts if they threaten to leave at contract end. Would it be appropriate for the forum to share good news on discounts so we can all benefit?

Any tips greatly welcomed since I'm approaching contract end.dunce:
