i would say yes to that. Although aesthetically pleasing in reality, these things are not so much 'designed' as are just functions of physics. I would argue that the Sun can be called art in the fact that nature designed it, or that the tree was art for the same reason, but the
act of the sun setting or the tree swaying without a conscious attempt to record the event , I would say no, not art.
