Depends which way you look at it, Ferarri are a national treasure in Italy, not just a motor manufacturer/F1 team(as you know ). For Fisi to be asked to drive for Ferarri at Monza is probably a greater honour for him that winning the world championship and the lottery in the same day.

Also, contractual constraints or not, i'm sure Force India aren't exactly going to lose out on this. They're struggling financially, so i'm sure VJ will use the (potential) move as a device to ease his financial worries.

Ban in-season driver moves or risk a team going out of existence? I'm not sure which way I feel on this. What happens in sports like football(I really have no idea)?
