Re: Football : Season 2009/2010

Unlucky for Arsenal that was, they at the very least deserved a point out of that game, oh how the goalie can change a match (still think this is why Shay Given is City`s best signing)
First of all we have an outstanding save by Ben Foster which kept Man U in the game, then we have Mr Skunky, sorry Almunia flying out like the Mallard and handing (literally) Utd a goal, then to top it off standing like statue when Giggs sent that free kick over. It wasn`t a difficult ball to come for as there where very few players in the way, also it was a floater not a fizzer like the unlucky Van Persie`s free kick. Having played in goal to a reasonable level i would have to say Almunia cost Arsenal dearly today while Ben Foster seems to be growing in confidence.

And who`s joining me in a big aaah! for Berbatov? He had to do a bit of running after coming on fresh and ready to go then did that dear `o` dear. Ferguson must be hoping Rooney stays fit as without him United would only be just above average.
Congrats to Man U, unlucky to Arsenal, not a bad watch actually.
Chelsea and Spurs 4 out of 4, i think this season is going to see a lot more teams jockeying for them top 4 spots.
