Outlook works fine with Virgins standard pop3 settings I speak to enough people using it in the course of one week and no one ever complains that they find it impossible to set up.
All you need is your correct pop3 settings which can be found in this link ignore that it says Outlook Express as you use the same basic settings click
HERE then all you need is your correct password and if a @blueyonder.co.uk account holder the account username such as ab123c4567 both of which can be obtained from Tech Support.
