
You have ignored my point. Virgin are saying that Outlook Express is supported, but Outlook is NOT because it is "third party software".
Here is an accepted definition of third party software:-
"In computer programming, a third party software component is a reusable software component developed to be either freely distributed or sold by an entity other
than the original vendor of the development platform. The third party software component market thrives because component oriented development improves the efficiency and quality of developing custom applications."
Windows, Outlook and Outlook Express are all developed by the same original vendor. Your terminological inexactitude is not a
