The problem there is that the game will be stop/start as every manager wants an opposing takle, free kick decision or penalty looked at.. Perhaps though it should be brought in but ONLY looked at for serious offences (like red cards or penalties)

Don’t like the idea of replays. How about a 3 match ban for cheating retrospectively, sure some one might dive for a pen in a final and get a ban and say it was worth it but would anyone say it was worth Eduardo doing it when they were already all but through in a meaningless match, if we can get the players out of the mind set that it's part of the game we'd eradicate it very quick.
