Just because you are doesn't mean the whole of the Nottingham area is. In any event if people are upgraded then no problem, doubt
many people will care that their area isn't showing as complete given that the schedule says 'July to August'.
I guess they could have an 'nffc is upgraded' column in there but that would be silly
