Account balance has gone over credit limit?!
I haven't been on Virgin broadband for 2 months yet and already there are problems. I'm currently on the L package (10mb) and it's totally wireless, and it should be £15 a month, or so I'm told.
But I got a letter in today that "my account has gone over my credit limit", and I have to pay £66.25 to make this all OK.
What exactly is this about? I'm a little angry and confused!
