I guess it's the 'exceptions to the rule' that end up being provocative. Eg next to the price for broadband L that requires a phone line rental (£5 initially, then £14 per month) is a very specific alternative price
without a phone line of £14 for 3 months and then £20. I have to assume that the then ongoing £20 per month broadband only pricing is still billed as £25 as those who signed to that particular deal are effectively getting an ongoing £5 discount until such time as VM decide otherwise. If that's not the case then that is a key pricing statement that is possibly confusing when compared to what others may be paying for the same standalone service and one that would prompt many to explore the possibility of customer equality.
