I agree they need to sort it

But part of the problems is that everyone is so hung up on the discounts they don't look at the Total figure

E.G. Virgin say BB L is £14 with a phoneline - so £25 in total. Even if the bill gives the total monthly price as £25 you still get customers phoning up

Same goes for the other deals
