I've used them before, the starter pack then upgraded to the bigger ones - It was quite good, no problems.

You get the full WHM in that one so it's quite good, price is £230 for the whole year, so not sure if you want to exceed your budget, but it's managed as well so if you have any problems - they will sort it out for you, support has always been nice for me.
