Sky aren't going to want Living HD to be VM only. There could easily be a swapsy deal. 1 SKY HD channel for Living HD and the Obvious choice would be Sky1 HD.

Virgin should make it VM only just like sky have done with their channels and the way they have done contracts with other HD channels
Virgin get all the channels not owned by sky
then VM starts LIVING HD, VIRGIN HD, GOOD FOOD HD, BRAVO HD and then VM will have some power to get the sky channels.
