Andrew, i don't think SS1 HD is a comparable channel to Living HD, hence why i think it will (if it happens) be Sky1 HD - it's almost like a like for like swap!
Also, i don't think it will be on any "Free package". I think it will be available on XL and maybe a stand alone channel on smaller packages.
