Your right it isn't just United doing it, The EU actually said it was like child trafficing IIRC, not a good advert for the self proclaimed 'Worlds best league' is it and they are going to stop it by
Europe's governing body is keen to introduce a rule preventing the international transfer of players under the age of 18 after member associations, clubs, leagues and players agreed to the principle at a March meeting.
