Have to disagree with this, won't it create a problem whereby the clubs in the bigger population centers have an advantage over those that do not. What about players who live outside a 60 mile radius of a big club? I think any players should be able to play, be brought, and signed for training regardless of age, nationality or location.

What UEFA need to do is get the clubs to train local players only. To suggest someone is good at football based on where they are born is rubbish, it's all down to the training you get. If the top prem clubs just trained English players there would still be plenty of talent about as long as they got into the system earlier.

It's certainly not only down to the training you get. Lots of people go though the same youth systems year after year and only a few gems come out of it.
I quite like the idea of the best players in the world coming to the Premiership anyway, makes my ticket purchases and Sky Sports subscription seem better value.
