Hi

VM should be charging older customers better rates then to newer customers for loyalty for staying with them

like a mobile phone contract, i used to pay £35 pm but once my 12 months ran i got a call from my provider (orange) they said they have kept an eye on my account and would like me to stay with them on the same tariff and with a new phone for another year for a Loyalty price of £9.99

thats what i think it should be its all about the Loyalty
