Phoned them, completely hopeless. They were trying to tell me that I should only have 4HD and BBC HD today and the rest on Monday, but I don't even have 4HD. He told me that I had it, but checking again afterwards proved that I don't. Will be ringing back again tomorrow, hopefully to get a different person.
