I had an engineer come for a problem on my landline phone and asked about the problem of these new channels and he phone up support and they sorted it out, so best thing we be to phone virgin.

Same here, I've always had BBC HD on 108 so I can definitely receive HD, but all the new channels are greyed out and I'm apparently not subscribed. And I am on XL TV aswell.  |
