Thank you for that. I have just rung broadband support and they confirmed that my modem can't handle 10mb's. Why didn't they tell me that yesterday when I rang them
Anyway, they're sending me a new modem. Are there any particular anomalies to oook out for when setting a new modem up? And thanks to everyone for their help on this.
