OMG! i just rang up CS. spoke to an indian man who didnt have a clue what i was on about.
"how much would it be to upgrade to 50mb broadband from VIP, and can i have one of your Freedom laptops?"
"no"
"oh, ok, errm, can you tell me when my contracts up?"
"the 21st sir"
"right, thats yesterday"
"yes."
"oh right, so i could move to SKY"
"thats up to you sir, is that all?"
"errm, yes"

all i wanted was faster internet lmao!
