Well, I had TV(L) and Phone (L) and 10 meg BB along with V+ and an additional box. I asked the nice lady at VM if I could upgrade for the price online and she said that it was only for new customers. I told her that I really wanted to upgrade to TV(XL) because I wanted the additional HD channels along with Phone (XL). She put me on hold for quite a while then came back and said I could have the lot (inc the boxes I had) for less than I was paying already, although I did include in my calcs the average p/m I was paying for my daytime phone calls. But in the end it all worked out cheaper.
What can I say................I'm a smooth talking son of a ......................... . I deserve this price I've been with them for eons.
P.S. the police along with a VM van have just pulled up to my neighbours house and arrested him. A pin was seen to be placed in a plastic bag by the nice policeman as they departed.
