Question WYSIWYG Editor (on a Website) Advice

I've been asked by someone to setup a local club website (Free) & have a option for them to get to Update a Events page (with News, Dates & such) only Text (not uploading pics or anything fancy.....)

I have been looking for a free code that had a WYSIWYG page Editor & when you press Save it Updates say "page1.htm" then I can use include tag in PHP to have their text included.

Anyone else think of a better way? or easier?

Cheers
