A bit late to reply I know but here goes, some apps and games are resource hungry, if you try and start a program and it crashes try powering off first, for those that don't know about this ( and I didn't for some time ) press and hold the power switch on top of the phone (about 8 seconds ) you will get another slide bar asking if you want to power down, slide, power off and then press to power back on, this frees up memory that isn't always freed up when you close a program.
