Just got off the phone to CS/Sales who say i'm not on the pre approved list so i'm not eligible for the offer, he said he wasnt sure whether it was because the systems weren't working properly or because of credit rating, etc.

Assuming it's the credit rating or whatever how come virgin are happy for me to be on the VIP pack for well over a year at nearly £100 a month, but now i want to add mobile broadband for £15 a month (taking my service charge to £60 a month) my money is not good enough for them.

Does this sound right or has the CS rep got it wrong?
