I downloaded a game file at 300KBps then dropped to a steady 250KBps
I dowloaded another and it dropped at 49KBps climbing to a steady 110 KBps.

John I'm not sure what speed your getting, but haven't you seen the
Speed Test at the top of this screen, just click on that and it'll tell you what your speed is.
