Again thanks for the reply Jo, strangely enough I had just been browsing the site and this information was quoted, I may give this a try.

EDIT: Downloaded that newsgroup and the webspace one, found

We are having some systems issues today and are unable to access accounts,

I guess this could be the same reason I cant access https://mysso.virginmedia.com/
