It's been over a week since I recieved my "You've been upgraded" email, speed is still 2Mb M
I have been using
https://mysso.virginmedia.com daily to check if my package has changed but today I received "The system we use to check your username and password is currently unavailable. Please try again later." and now "Invalid email/password. Please remember passwords are case-sensitive. If your caps-lock is on this may cause you to enter your password incorrectly."
I am seriously considering canceling my contract with VM as I have no desire to sit for a morning chatting to an indian call center to get this problem sorted.
I live in Leeds and even people that didnt register for the new speeds have been upgraded in my area!
EDIT: Just checked my username and password by logging into webmail with the account and that works.
