Re: Pandemic (Swine) Flu

Hubby of a colleague has it. He phoned his doctor and told the receptionist his symptoms and thought they were similar to those indicated in the press may be swine flu. The receptionist gave him an appointment for that afternoon.

When he went to the medical centre the Doctor had a rant at him for coming to the medical centre with suspected swine flu and gave him a mask to put on. When he explained that he mentioned suspected swine flu to the receptionist he went out and had a fair old rant at reception. Apparently they couldn't identify who took the call so the morning part timer was getting the blame

Bloody shambles eh!

Anyway it's been confirmed that's what he's got and he's already on the mend apparently. I'm receiving updates second hand as I'm avoiding any contact with the colleague in question... just in case.
