If american series are your cup of tea then sky 1 is great personally for me they are not, ditto virgin 1.
Do not regard either as quality channels i am afraid personal choice.
Quality channels for me are national geographic,discovery and history.
I also like sky arts programming. But as always whatever one person may like another may not.
