They know that they are un-touchable, two 7-8 year olds put the window through at work and with feigned shock said "ooooh i wonder who threw these two rocks at that window?" and walked off laughing, had to ring police for insurance purposes and told the pc on the other end and he said it's the same everywhere.
I say lets send em on holiday because they are bored/misunderstood!!!
