Which just leaves Virgin Media

"Virgin Media Wednesday said it hasn't ruled out adopting controversial new online advertising technology, but said it would communicate openly with its customers before any decision is taken."

Which is rather worrying really as when as Virgin Media EVER listened or communicated with it's customers ?

Oh well at least the set of ISP's to sign up with when Virgin Media finally decide to commit Hari Kari is growing bigger.
