Did you not read any of my emails? This information was included multiple times. Here are the details yet again:

It's nice to hear that but actions speak louder than words. Did you not read the emailed transcript of my conversation with "Owen"? Whoever he really is disconnected on me twice and canceled my account so that I cannot even log in to my account. That prevented me from canceling the account from the webpage. None of my telephone calls are answered but sent to voicemail which doesn't respond either. Your's is the first email response I've gotten even though the first was sent over a month ago. Nor have any of the other emails been answered. I cannot contact live service becaus "Owen" canceled my account in spite.

"Owen" had no excuse for either cutting me off (leaving the "live support" chat session wihtout salutation or notice) nor for canceling my account. I used no bad language nor did I threaten, read the transcript below. This is intolerable and mean-spirited, he knew the trouble this would cause and did it just to anger me. _TWICE_. (Out of curiousity, what country is "Owen" in? It's obvious he's not a native English speaker) It's even more infuriating that emails sent to support@newsdemon.com, abuse@newsdemon.com and admin@newsdemon.com went unanswered. Next I found telephone numbers on your website. No one answers them. Not at any time of the day or night. When I was unable to reach a live human being I went from fury to rage. _THEN_ no one answered the voice mails I left. This is not indicative of "Please understand we take our customer service very seriously and will make every effort to solve your problem." To the contrary, _NO_ effort before your email was made. To the opposite, newsdemon is hiding behind voicemail, with insulting customer service, taking money directly from my bank account refusing service, and recharging me for service that was refused. In fact "Owen" did not "solve my problem," to the contrary, he intentionally insulted me and stole my time and money.

Now I've been charged for not just the initial connect but now recharged for this month in addition. This is besides the enormous amount of time I've spent tryign to resolve this issue through your regular channels, telephone, emails and web searches looking for a point of contact and review sites. I am not a happy camper and barely keeping a lid on my rage so please, no platitudes for actions speak louder than words and the actions demonstrated so far are insults, abusive, and punative. The polar opposite of "taking customer service seriously." At this point it is my opinion that newsdemon has committed interstate wire fraud through willful termination without providing a refund or product support and unless this is rectified to my satisfaction I'm angry enough to process a formal demand for action with the U.S. Attorney. I don't care the amount, newsdemon insulted me and I will not tolerate that.

I do not like being lied to. Owen lied to me. Your website lied to me. Be cautious in your response, I have no more patience.
