Re: Newsdemon?
As a follow up, today I received an email notice that my credit card had been charged for another month of service. Upstream I showed that their "live" support staff apparently canceled my account when I nailed him on hanging up on me. Whch he did a 2nd time.
I emailed "support@newsdemon.com" twice with transcripts of the rude service. Both went unanswered. To cancel service you must first log in. I can not log in since my account was canceled. Nor does newsdemon answer telephone calls or voice mail.
This is undoubtedly the worst bunch of *******s in the newsserver industry. This weekend I will prepare letters to my bank disputing the charges and to the U.S. District Attorney for interstate wire fraud.
PLEASE DO NOT JOIN NEWSDEMON!
