best bet..at least you can be sure its down to VM as their responsibility is any cabling from outside of property up to and including the master socket,as long as youve tested your phone in a known working socket.dont forget they have appointment times for between 4-7pm on weekdays and on saturdays so hopefully you wont have to take any time off work
