Do I need to continue? It's all very well saying "Business deals can take time", of course they do! What Virgin ridiculously insist on doing is announcing the forthcoming arrival of HD channels flippantly, fail to give their employees a consistent message about the situation and then completely and utterly FAIL to deliver on anything they have proimised in relation to HD.
