Thanks very much joglynne and spiderplant. Here is the result:

cpc4-heck4-0-0-custXXX.hudd.cable.ntl.com

That seems to prove that as spiderplant suggested I am on the Heckmondwike hubsite so I will just have to be patient until a date is published!
