as i thought its the same as mine
after tele-ic-1 it hits the static ip and thats where the issues are ... they sent me a copy of my notes saying its blueyonders fault by blocking virgin ip's
use a vpn or proxy it works fine so that proves its a virgin issue but they wont admit that their perfectly working network has problems ... good luck getting it fixed but 7 months have passed and its the same so either find another host or isp or put up with it
