But it's the principle of not telling you, I am in Bristol and no one that I know has on VM has been told by post or email about the change in price and I have just notice phone calls and connection changes has gone up on 1st June.
So if you pay by cash and want a paper bill it cost more too, what else has gone up that we are not told about.
As my bill is not itemised now I would have never known.

I think instead of blaming VM you should be contacting your Royal Mail service as everyone else appears to have been sent a document re the price changes. Also if you look hard enough you will find these details on price changes on the VM web site, don't just sit and wait on emails!
