No you are right £2 for the faster broadband is good value that's if you get the upto 10mb my 2mb I'm lucky to get 500k down load and before any one says speak to the technical team I gave up with that.
But it's the principle of not telling you, I am in Bristol and no one that I know has on VM has been told by post or email about the change in price and I have just notice phone calls and connection changes has gone up on 1st June.
So if you pay by cash and want a paper bill it cost more too, what else has gone up that we are not told about.
As my bill is not itemised now I would have never known.
