It looks like some of the forum members did have notification of the price increase, so for the third time I did not have any information of an increase.
To make it worst when I ask today about the increase and TOLD (look told) it was because the upgrade to 10mb, I was then told I have not got the 10mb yet so I ask why have I been charged for a service I have not got.
Can I ask how some of the forum members are so sure about the increase when I have been told "Virgin Media understands that not all customers wish to go ahead with this change and want to go back on to their 2mb connection for £18, so if you wish you can go back on your 2mb service and a £2 credit will be applied to your account".
It seems we have a choice.
I have been with cable from the start (United Artiest) and to be honest I don't think you can beat them for strait to the point information I don't like BT, but if this goes on I will be cancelling my service in October, nice one, Richard's fair play.
