Hmm, im thinking an affordable upgrade - Those locked into those 18/24 month contracts, sell your phone as a PAYG - and buy the other 3GS on PAYG too.

So you get about £300 for your old iPhone, and you buy a 16gb 3GS for £450, unless you really want the 32gb, so thats £550.

Either £150/250 is lost, but the only realistic way to get a 'new' iPhone.
