I agree I thought that before a contract is changed (price or service ) you should have been notified so you can cancel or agree to the chance.
I was NOT told of the change to the price, for information I was told by two people at the customer service it would cost more, and told by the Virgin Media Helpsite by email that you do not have to upgrade there for the price will stay the same and NOT go up.
Is it being suggested in the earlier post that all VM customer service people are dipsticks, it was not like this when it was telewest. virgin is better at twisting the facts.
