I'm one of the majority of Celtic fans who don't buy into the Celtic minded requirement for the manager. I Like Mowbray because of the style of football he has his teams playing. Under Him Hibs played some great passing football and although WBA got relegated they still tried their best to the philosophy of playing football. From what I saw of WBA last year they were only one player away from being a mid table club.

The way Strachan sets his teams out to play is woeful. He seems to be respected as a coach but imho he's one of the most tactically inept managers I've seen.
