The 3.0 software also introduces the option to use your iPhone as a fully working modem. However O2 are making you pay extra. 3gig for £15 a month, 10gig for £30 a month. Ouch!. Doubt many will be taking that offer up...

This will likely rankle with those that have just signed up to a 23 month deal wiht O2 to get the new iPhone, so it will be interesting to see how the network deals with that backlash.
