On neither page can I find ANY reference to access to TV Choice on Demand
Quite so, but you have selectively edited my original post to suit your own argument - I already acknowledged the conflicting website information in my original post. More importantly, at no time did I EVER say the remark I referred to was on either of those two pages.

Let me steer you to it;

"There are 3 sizes to choose from – M, L and XL. And for tantalising TV on tap, all packages come with TV on demand.... ".

Sloppy marketing-speak, to be sure, but the clear implication is that TV On Demand is an inherent part of your subscription, but only contradicted, (as I already stated), when one reaches the level of detail YOU reference.

Hmm, not sure I follow your reasoning?

Before I continue, let me be up front and admit that TV Choice actually holds/held little interest for me beyond the initial curiosity/novelty value. Therefore the loss of this service means little to me beyond being an indication of deceitfulness by VM.

However, you're again being selective in your critique of my original post to bolster your own viewpoint.

My point was explicit. I was informed by VM Sales PRIOR to becoming a subscriber that TV Choice was part of my package, this was echoed by the installation engineer and finally, when I surfed this supposedly off limits area, I observed that CERTAIN tv shows were pay per view and this seems VERY off to me & suggests a contradiction in VM's assertion that this area was NEVER intended for non-subscribers. Why do you ignore these remarks in your reply?

Not sure why you seem so antagonistic, not to say rude, but might I suggest a tad less caffeine? (And lets agree to disagree - I think I have succinctly re-stated the thrust of my opinion, and seek no further contention, thanks )
