Sound!
Brand new installation on 21/5 - Guy who installed the system input something on the V+ remote control which allowed us to regulate the sound without having to use the TV remote. Today we have lost this facility! We were fiddling about with HDTV at the time but we have been unable to reset the remote to control the sound. None of the codes on the Virgin website for our telly work and I rang Virgin and they gave me another 15 but they don't work either! Anyone any ideas please.
