2 - Really? I see no evidence of that. I'd be very surprised if they add even a single new HD channel within the next 5 years. If Virgin had even the slightest interest in HD, they'd of added channel 4 HD when it launched.

You know that statement is complete and utter rubbish. There will be more HD channels
this year, I'd even put money on it.
